Adriana worked for more than 20 years in business management as a manager in the international area at Banco Itamarati, Business Manager at Nations Bank and later at the English office LInklaters. As an entrepreneur, she was a partner in the women's well-being company, Projeto Mulher. She holds a degree in Business Administration from UFPE, a postgraduate degree in foreign trade from FAAP and an MBA in executive management from Insper.
Ana Paula Peixoto has graduated in Law for 29 years, master’s degree in business law, with several certifications in continuing education, for example, in Corporate Law, Capital Markets and, more recently, in Compliance. In addition to law firms, she joined the legal department of TV Globo and BVA Bank. Over the past 12 years, she has been working at Cia. Bozano, a single-family office, where she acting as a legal manager, working in litigation, including tax and tax matters, and in the areas of asset management, contracts, corporate and consulting. As she has worked in several areas of law, she has a wide sight and interdisciplinary view. Currently, acts as Legal and Compliance Manager of Legend.
Managing Partner and Head of Legend Special Assets, has over 20 years of experience in the financial market.
He has a solid background, having served as: President of Caixa Econômica Federal, founding partner and COO of Bozano Investimentos, working in the Special Secretariat for Productivity and Competitiveness, Chairman of the Board of Elo Cartões and ABDI, and board member of CNP Seguros and Sebrae.
Currently, he serves as a Board Member of Astra Payments and Azul. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from PUC-RJ and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC.
Felipe has over 15 years of experience in the financial market, of which 10 years were dedicated to analysis and management in variable income, and he was a partner in institutions such as Turin Investments, XP Gestão de Recursos and Bozano Investimentos, where he worked as manager and head of analysis. Later, he founded O2 Finance, a capital solutions boutique dedicated to private operations, where he structured credit and equity operations for companies, such as Even Construtora, JFL Realty, among others. Felipe has a degree in Economics at PUC-RJ and a master's degree in Economics and Finance at FGV-EPGE.
Fernando has 30 years of experience in the financial market, the last 19 of which are dedicated to the management of family wealth. He was, in the early 2000s, one of the founding partners of Arsenal Investimentos, one of the first multi-family offices in Brazil. He later coordinated the merger of Arsenal with the wealth management division of Gávea Investimentos, which was later acquired by JP Morgan, where he was the head of JP Morgan Gávea Gestão de Patrimônio. In 2017, he founded the GGP Family Office, where he served as CEO. Fernando has a degree in Economic Sciences from PUC-RJ and an MBA in Finance from IBMEC. He voluntarily participates in the Council of some entities, such as OSB (Brazilian Symphony Orchestra), Associação Saúde Criança Responder and AMAFRANS (Association of Friends of Frans Krajcberg).
Flavia has over 25 years of experience in the financial market.
She was a partner at GGP Family Office, where she acted as banker and responsible for customer relations since 2013.
Prior to that, she worked as a risk analyst at ARX Capital Management and as a fixed income analyst at Opportunity Asset Management.
Between 2000 and 2010, Flavia deepened her knowledge in Education and the Third Sector, when she was director of Associação Saúde Criança Responder, where she is a volunteer to this day.
Flavia is an economist from PUC-RJ and is certified as AAI and CPA_20.
Henrique holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Federal University of Minas Gerais, with a focus on Power Electronics, and a Master’s in Economics with an emphasis on Financial Engineering from Fundação Getúlio Vargas. He worked with strategic consulting at Deloitte, focusing on the healthcare sector (hospitals, health operators, and pharmaceuticals), then moved to the area of Market and Liquidity Risk, within the Model Validation Management Team, where he worked with risk modeling and pricing of products in Itaú's portfolio. He is currently the Risk Director at Legend WM and Legend Assets.
Luiz has over 20 years of experience in the market, working in onshore and offshore markets. He was recently a partner at Brainvest Wealth Management as one of those responsible for net and illiquid investments in the local market. Prior to that, he worked at Banco Safra, in addition to single-family office and multi-family offices, the latter focusing on offshore markets, in addition to having experience with wealth planning and structuring the change of tax domicile. Degree in Economics from PUC-Rio, with an MBA in Finance from IBMEC-RJ and a Master's in Finance from FGV-RJ. They hold CFP and CGA certifications.
With 15 years of experience in the financial market and setting up companies, Marcello was part of institutions such as Turin, XP and Opus, always acting in wealth management. In addition, he worked as a consultant for some families, representing on boards of directors, structuring single family offices and originating club deals in the area of distressed assets and litigation. His last venture was to found Benie, a healthtech dedicated to the sale of medicines, where he was CFO and COO until joining the Legend team. Marcello is an economist from IBMEC-RJ.
A partner at Legend since 2021, Mariana has more than 15 years of experience, 12 of which in family wealth management. Previously, she was partner and head of customer relations at the GGP Family Office. Before that, he joined Gávea Gestão de Patrimônio and participated in the entire merger between Banco J.P. Morgan and Gávea Gestão de Patrimônio. In 2012, he went to J.P. Morgan in New York Previously he was International Sales Executive for the emerging market at Burberry London, where he oversaw the brand's franchises. Mariana holds a degree in Marketing and Design from the University of the Arts London and a Masters in Business from the Marangoni Institute, London. It has CFP®️ certification.
Ricardo is a Legend partner since 2020. Has over 15 years of experience in the financial market. Between 2012 and 2020, he acting as chief strategist at Bradesco Private Bank, with the task of analyzing the main asset classes in the Brazilian and global markets and structuring the asset allocation recommendations. Degree in economics from PUC-RJ and an MBA in finance from Insper.
Rodrigo has 24 years of experience in resource management in the International area. As Executive- Vice President of Delta Bank and Trust Company he was responsible for the Institution's Wealth Management area. Started his career at Banco Real in RJ – Brazil in 1994 in corporate - finance area, after 3 years he moved to the USA, and since then he has developed his career in asset management offshore.
He is an enthusiast of the need for global diversification in the development and construction of family portfolios, he is now a partner in Brazil, degreed by Univ. Santa Ursula in RJ.
JULIUS BAER FAMILY OFFICE - Managing Partner - Management and definition of the portfolio strategy of the main client families of the company, also being in charge of the management and administration of all branches. Participation in committees: Executive, Commercial, Real Estate, Investments and Credit. Leadership and implementation of the social responsibility and socio-environmental risk policy.
BTG PACTUAL - Managing Partner - Creation, structuring and management of the bank's multi-family office area. Between March 2010 and February 2011, he structured the entire area, from hiring a software company to consolidating and managing portfolios, hiring staff, integrating processes with other areas of the bank, structuring the committees in the Family Office area, being the head of the investment committee and also participating in the investment and commercial committees of Banco BTG's Private Banking, being responsible for defining the strategy of the invested portfolios. Responsible for expanding the BTG Family Office branches and structuring the Banco BTG Pactual Family Office in Mexico and Chile.
TURIM INVESTIMENTOS - Founding Partner - Creation of the first multi-family office in Brazil in January 1999. Sergio structured the entire company since the creation of the software for the consolidation and management of portfolios, hiring of staff, structuring of the committees, being the head of the committee of investments, HR and strategy. Responsible for managing all local and international company portfolios.
Alvaro iniciou sua carreira em 1979 no Ministério da Fazenda. Em 1983 ingressou no Grupo Bozano, Simonsen onde foi Diretor de Tesouraria, Back Office, Asset Management , Corporate Finance e Internacional, onde implantou e dirigiu as bases em Nova Iorque, Miami, Londres, Hong Kong e Buenos Aires. Terminou sua passagem pelo grupo em 1999 como Vice-Presidente Executivo do Banco Bozano, Simonsen. Alvaro foi Diretor Financeiro e de Relações com o Mercado da GP Investments onde atuou até 2018 em Nova Iorque . Participou de vários Conselhos de Administração como GP Investments ; GP Advisors ; BRZ Investimentos e WIZ Soluções e Corretagens SA . Atualmente participa do Conselho de Administração da Spice Private Equity na Suíça e é Presidente do Conselho de Administração da E-VolvingBrands nos USA .
Alvaro é formado em Economia e Administração de Empresas e tem MBA pela COPPEAD – UFRJ.
Andres tem mais de 25 anos de experiência no mercado financeiro trabalhando em trading, assessoria e gestão de investimentos. Ele passou os últimos 15 anos na Genesis Investments Advisors, onde foi o Diretor de Investimentos e supervisionou todas as atividades relacionadas a negociação e investimento, incluindo alocação de ativos. Iniciou sua carreira no mercado financeiro no Citibank Brasil, mudou-se para Nova York em 1993 trabalhando no LTCB Latin America Inc, JP Morgan e CSFB. Em 2002 mudou-se para Miami trabalhando na BAC Florida Investments e Genesis. Graduado em Economia pela FEA-USP.
